By using ClipGoblin ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ClipGoblin is a desktop application that helps users create short-form video clips from Twitch VODs. The App provides highlight detection, video editing, caption generation, and upload features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you process through ClipGoblin, including Twitch VODs, and that your use complies with Twitch's Terms of Service and any applicable platform terms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

ClipGoblin's AI features require your own API keys (e.g., Anthropic Claude). You are responsible for your API usage and any associated costs. ClipGoblin does not store or transmit your API keys to any server other than the intended API provider.

5. No Warranty

ClipGoblin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipGoblin and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
